Salesforce Technical Product Owner - Remote Opportunity

NTT DATA Services is seeking a talented Salesforce Technical Product Owner to enhance their team in a fully remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that the digital solutions crafted by NTT DATA align with the expectations and requirements of clients. Your key tasks will involve engaging with stakeholders, formulating user stories, pinpointing process enhancements, and fostering robust client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to comprehend intricate business processes.
  • Develop and oversee user stories and business requirements documentation.
  • Engage in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
  • Identify automation opportunities and areas for process optimization.
  • Document processes utilizing various techniques, including flow diagrams and instructional videos.
  • Contribute to roadmap development and multi-cloud project implementations.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and enhance communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Over 6 years of experience in enterprise software as a Product Analyst or Product Owner.
  • At least 3 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to document requirements effectively.
  • Experience with the AGILE methodology and crafting technical user stories.
  • Proficient in writing and executing test cases, along with performing QA and end-to-end testing.
  • Understanding of API architecture and capability to conduct API testing using tools like POSTMAN.
  • Basic proficiency in writing SQL queries.
