Your Role:

You are a proactive professional with a strong determination to tackle intricate business and technological challenges. Collaborating closely with the Solution Owner and Technical Lead, you will design and implement technical solutions tailored to client needs, addressing complex technical issues throughout project execution. Depending on project requirements, you may be tasked with configuring solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem or engaging in custom development, alongside responsibilities such as scoping and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform business requirements into well-structured solutions that effectively utilize the Salesforce platform and its offerings.
  • Engage in technical design discussions and create documentation that aligns with business goals.
  • Develop, test, and document custom developments, integrations, and data migration components of Salesforce implementations.
  • Create tailored solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform.
  • Implement test plans to guarantee quality outcomes.
  • Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure optimal design patterns are applied.
  • Provide task estimates and detailed work breakdown structures.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce product capabilities and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance integrated business processes across various systems.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange solutions.
  • Extensive development experience with VisualForce, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce programming solutions.
  • Experience in configuration using Salesforce's point-and-click administration interface.
  • Proficient in automated testing and writing unit tests.
  • Possession of active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hiring (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Javascript). Architect-level certifications are advantageous.
