We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of products/initiatives and driving business value through the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Quote to Cash Domain Expertise: You will have extensive experience working on quote to cash domain and Salesforce Platform, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Business Partnership: You will work closely with business groups to understand demand, develop detailed requirements, and collaborate on high-level solution design and architecture.
- Agile Ceremonies: You will lead many of the Agile ceremonies, ensuring the team meets its goals on time and within budget, and managing integration across the platform.
- Test Planning and Execution: You will coordinate and participate in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
- Product Ownership: You will own a portfolio of products/initiatives, creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents, and detailing out user stories in agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.
- Requirements Gathering: You will gather requirements, create AS-IS and TO-BE flows, and write PRD/FRD documents.
- Communication Skills: You will have excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a product owner and leading a technical team, with a strong background in quote to cash domain and Salesforce Platform.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders to drive discussion.
- Self-Directed: Self-directed, with the ability to break down complex processes, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline.
- Quote to Cash Domain Expertise: Experience working on quote to cash domain and Salesforce Platform.
- Salesforce Development/Implementation: Salesforce development/implementation project experience on Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud (at least one or more) – CPQ.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology, owning sprint planning, attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.
- Project Management: Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, Team Services, Rally.
