About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue team, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining sales processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Customer Support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
  • Establish and manage processes for partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.
  • Owning the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics across the revenue teams, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key processes and KPIs, leveraging this data to produce decks and reporting used for key internal meetings, OKRs, QBRs, Operations, Board and Team meetings.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in a Series B or later stage SaaS company.
