We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Receptionist to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Service Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Answer all incoming service and parts department phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Book service appointments and assist management in performing various administrative tasks.
- Oversee all appointments and consult with management regarding any discrepancies.
- Ensure customer mobility when appointments are booked.
- Balance cash at the end of the day.
- Handle customer inquiries and consult with Service Consultants or management team as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
- Professional appearance and friendly disposition.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
