Service Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Parts Receptionist to join our team at Maserati of Toronto. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer all incoming service and parts department phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Book service appointments and assist management with administrative tasks.
- Oversee all appointments and consult with management regarding any discrepancies.
- Ensure customer mobility when appointments are booked and balance cash at the end of the day.
- Handle customer inquiries and consult with a Service Consultant or member of the management team as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
- Professional appearance and friendly disposition.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
