Service & Parts Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Parts Receptionist to join our team at Maserati of Toronto. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming service and parts department phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Book service appointments and assist management with administrative tasks.
  • Oversee all appointments and consult with management regarding any discrepancies.
  • Ensure customer mobility when appointments are booked and balance cash at the end of the day.
  • Handle customer inquiries and consult with a Service Consultant or member of the management team as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
  • Professional appearance and friendly disposition.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
