We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Parts Receptionist to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Service & Parts Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Book service appointments and manage the service schedule
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
