Position Overview

As the Construction Operations Manager at Sandmere Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing the operational aspects of our construction projects. Your leadership will ensure that our projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize and structure the formation of key departments and senior management roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Establish financial and administrative oversight; develop and endorse marketing initiatives; and approve comprehensive human resources strategies.
  • Set organizational objectives and formulate or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 11-15 individuals.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Access
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Travel expenses will be covered by the employer

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required.
