  • Project Management
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
    • Manage and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets and financial plans
    • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure profitability
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
    • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with project teams
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. construction management, engineering, business)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction management or leadership role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in construction project management
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
