About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at PCL Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and direct project teams, including direct and indirect reports, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards, adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including documentation, reports, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: NCSO designation or equivalent, with a strong understanding of construction industry standards and regulations.
