Job Title: Inside Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Account Executive to join our team at Rogers. As an Inside Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses and creating custom telecommunication solutions to meet revenue quota and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple product portfolios and demonstrate continued growth and ability to cross-sell.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales quota requirements, including new business acquisition margin targets and base revenue KPIs.
  • Act as the single point of contact for selling and servicing an integrated suite of Rogers For Business solutions.
  • Responsible for creating and generating customer pricing quotes and quarterbacking internal business case reviews.
  • Proactively maintain a high level of sales hygiene, forecasting, account planning, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Grow and manage the business within a defined base of existing accounts.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of business sales experience, preferably in a telecommunications setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM and tracking applications.
  • Strong communication skills with business acumen to ensure business development conversations about client strategy, challenges, and strategic imperatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern selling techniques and virtual account management skills and acumen.
  • Passion to constantly learn and improve.
