About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staffing needs of our clients while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage temporary staffing needs of the client while working in conjunction with our recruitment team.
  • Customize or enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to ensure optimum customer service.
  • Implement orientation program for temporary associates, which incorporates customer's policies.
  • Experience in management or at supervisory level.
  • Experience in the Warehousing is considered an asset.
  • Availability to travel at client business sites in GTA.
  • Team player who is highly service-oriented, autonomous, patient, and flexible.
