Job Title: Commercial Paint Sales Representative

Sherwin-Williams is a leading manufacturer of paints and coatings, and we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Commercial Paint Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with commercial paint customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with commercial paint customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products and services, including paint selection, color matching, and application techniques
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the growth of the business
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
