- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Product Knowledge: A basic understanding of paint and painting products is required.
