Commercial Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our commercial paint customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions for their projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial paint customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions for their projects.
- Work closely with customers to determine their paint requirements and provide them with expert advice on the best products and services to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product features, pricing, and promotions to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and goals.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with product features, pricing, and promotions.
