Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Identifiers | Technical Recruiters. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth and cultivating strong relationships within the commercial segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, leveraging deep product knowledge to address their evolving needs.
  • Conduct Proactive Site Visits: Conduct proactive job site visits to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and ensure service excellence.
  • Expand Market Penetration: Strategically expand market penetration by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Provide Comprehensive Customer Support: Provide comprehensive customer support, including order management, product sourcing, and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate within a high-performing sales team to meet both immediate and long-term customer requirements.
  • Ensure Pricing Accuracy: Ensure pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal departments.
  • Liaise with Vendors: Liaise with vendors to coordinate product training, sourcing, and competitive pricing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Commercial Sales Experience: 5+ years of proven success in commercial sales, preferably in the construction or plumbing and hydronic supplies industry.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction or plumbing and hydronic products and market trends.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Results-Driven Approach: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a competitive spirit.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
