This position plays a crucial role in our commercial sales team, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through prompt and accurate sales support.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work order files and formulas, ensuring seamless sales and customer support.
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Tint and mix products as needed, to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and making recommendations to customers.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory levels.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
