The primary responsibility of a Program Coordinator at PMI Canadian West Coast Chapter is to manage the implementation of strategic initiatives, playing a vital role in the organization's success.

By monitoring timelines, assessing progress, and providing updates, the Program Coordinator enhances operational processes. Acting as a facilitator, they ensure the successful execution of projects by coordinating all parties involved throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, they play a key role in evaluating project outcomes and refining processes after implementation.As part of a vibrant and diverse team, the Program Coordinator aids in the onboarding of new members for the deployment of project management solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Organizes, plans, and assesses activities for the rollout of project management frameworks across various initiatives
- Oversees multiple projects simultaneously, tailored to their unique life cycles
- Evaluates stakeholder motivations, goals, and success metrics for each initiative
- Develops strategic plans, timelines, and performance assessments for forthcoming projects
- Monitors the effectiveness of the project portfolio and conducts workshops for process improvement
- Facilitates discussions with stakeholders for necessary adjustments
- Manages resources assigned to the project team
