Maur Logistics Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to manage our company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and review financial statements for accuracy.
- Assist with payroll processing and prepare financial reports as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, or financial reporting.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
