Ceramic Tile Installer

We are seeking a skilled Tilesetter to join our team at Gurmish Painting. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have experience ranging from 7 months to less than a year in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Mortar and Adhesive Application: Mix, apply, and spread various adhesives including mortar, cement, and glue using hand trowels.
- Planning: Prepare rough plans and sketches for tile layouts.
- Tile Installation: Set tiles in position and apply pressure to ensure proper adhesion to the base.
- Alignment: Align and straighten tiles to maintain uniformity.
- Cutting and Fitting: Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using both hand and power cutting tools.
- Training: Instruct apprentices in tile installation techniques.
- Repair: Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles as necessary.
- Supervision: Oversee the work of other team members.
- Mosaic Design: Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural, and floor designs.
- Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
- Surface Finishing: Mix, lay, and polish terra surfaces.
