Wealth Management Processing Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for overseeing the settlement processing of assets belonging to deceased clients at IG Wealth Management. The successful candidate will be a proactive team member who excels in a dynamic work environment. Key responsibilities include managing various account types and financial products such as Mutual Funds, GICs, Stocks, and Bonds to deliver an exceptional client experience. Duties involve interpreting documentation, executing account settlements, and addressing client inquiries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process documentation related to estates of deceased clients
- Manage account settlements, including redemptions, transfers, and adjustments
- Ensure precise and prompt processing in accordance with client requests and organizational policies
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in the investment or financial services sector
- Proficient communication skills in both English and French
- Understanding of Mutual Funds and the Financial Services Industry
- Familiarity with IG Wealth Management products and services
- Proficient in operating systems and computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Flexibility in work hours may be necessary during busy periods. Overtime may be required during peak business times.
