POSITION OVERVIEW
The Bilingual Wealth Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the settlement processes related to the assets of clients who have passed away. This position is ideal for a proactive team member who excels in a dynamic work environment. Key responsibilities include managing a variety of account types and financial products, such as Mutual Funds, GICs, Stocks, and Bonds, to deliver an exceptional client experience. The role involves interpreting necessary documentation, executing account settlements, and promptly addressing client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process documentation pertaining to estates of deceased clients
- Manage account settlements, including redemptions, transfers, and necessary adjustments
- Ensure precise and timely processing in accordance with client requests and organizational policies
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in the investment or financial services sector
- Proficient communication skills in both English and French
- Understanding of Mutual Funds and the financial services landscape
- Familiarity with IG Wealth Management's offerings
- Proficient in operating systems and possess strong PC skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Flexibility in work hours may be necessary during peak operational periods. Overtime may be required as needed.
