The Opportunity

The External Transfer In team at IG Wealth Management is seeking two Coordinators to enhance our operations. The Process Management and Administration unit provides essential administrative and servicing support across various business lines, including Mortgages, Insurance, IGFS, IGFS Nominee, and IGSI, while also assisting IGM clients, Consultant Network, Planning Specialists, Regional Offices, and other departments.

As a Coordinator, you will have the chance to excel in your role by:

Delivering exceptional service to both external and internal clients. You will manage and service client accounts in both English and French, interpreting and analyzing documentation for the processing of various registered and non-registered investment products, ensuring compliance with IG Wealth Management's policies and guidelines. Creating seamless experiences for our clients. You will provide support to internal departments and external clients for all inquiries received, applying your business acumen and fostering a client-focused mindset. Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization collaboratively. You will work alongside internal business partners to enhance business processes continuously.

To thrive in this position, you will possess:

Financial industry experience: 1-2 years in the financial sector, coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Familiarity with back-office data processes, procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Fundserv, PlatformZero, TreX, and RBroker operating systems is advantageous. Relationship management skills: Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with teams, peers, and business partners across the organization, both in-person and virtually. A highly engaged professional attitude with a strong customer orientation is essential. Results-driven mindset: Detail-oriented with robust decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. A commitment to self-development and continuous learning is crucial. Strategic thinking: Ability to analyze problems and make informed decisions while considering regulatory frameworks. Communication skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication abilities in both languages. Planning and organizational skills: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Educational background: Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field. Industry-related courses, such as CSC and IFC, are beneficial but not mandatory. Availability: Candidates must be prepared to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during weekdays and weekends.
