The Opportunity
The External Transfer In team at IG Wealth Management is seeking two Coordinators to enhance our operations. The Process Management and Administration unit provides essential administrative and servicing support across various business lines, including Mortgages, Insurance, IGFS, IGFS Nominee, and IGSI, catering to IGM clients, Consultant Network, Planning Specialists, Regional Offices, and other departments.
As a Coordinator, you will have the chance to excel in your role by:
Delivering exceptional service to both external and internal clients. Engaging in account management and servicing activities for client accounts in both English and French. Analyzing and interpreting documentation for the input and processing of various registered and non-registered investment products, ensuring requests are fulfilled in alignment with IG Wealth Management's policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Creating seamless experiences for our clients. Offering support to internal departments and external clients for all client inquiries received. Leveraging business acumen to foster a client-centric approach. Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization collaboratively. Working alongside internal business partners to enhance business processes continuously.To thrive in this position, you will possess:
Financial industry experience: 1-2 years of experience in the financial sector, coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Familiarity with back-office data processes, procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Fundserv, PlatformZero, TreX, and RBroker operating systems. Relationship management skills: The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with teams, peers, and business partners across the organization, both in-person and virtually. A highly engaged demeanor, professional attitude, and strong customer orientation are essential. Results-driven mindset: Detail-oriented with robust decision-making and problem-solving abilities. A commitment to self-development and continuous learning. Strategic thinking: Capability to analyze problems and make informed decisions while considering regulatory environments. Communication skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication abilities in both languages. Planning and organizational skills: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to multitask and adapt to frequently changing priorities. Educational background: Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field. Industry-related courses, such as CSC and IFC, are advantageous but not mandatory. Availability: Candidates must be prepared to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during weekdays and weekends.
