Physiotherapy Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Max Physiotherapy. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Healthcare Professionals: Provide administrative support to our physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals in assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
- Assist Physicians in Patient Assessment: Assist physicians in conducting patient assessments, taking medical histories, and performing physical examinations.
- Develop Patient Information Materials: Create educational materials for patients, including brochures, pamphlets, and other resources to promote health and wellness.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications, pharmaceutical products, and equipment to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, preparing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Work Setting: Private practice.
- Area of Specialization: Physiotherapy.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
