Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist in the administration of tests and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely results.
    • Record and maintain patient data, including medical and ophthalmic history.
  • Patient Care
    • Provide support to patients during tests and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
    • Document patient rehabilitation progress, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Program Support
    • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, and Indigenous people.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment
    • 40 hours per week, permanent position.
