Job Title: Director of People Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Director of People Operations to join our team at Stafflink. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a vision for the People department that aligns with our company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance in the structuring and implementation of HR policies and procedures that touch all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage the global People Operations team, providing direction and support to individual team members.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives and programs that align with our company's mission and values.
  4. Employee Engagement: Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and motivated workforce.
  5. Process Improvement: Conduct regular reviews of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  6. HR Technology: Leverage HR technology and systems to optimize processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  7. Reporting and Analytics: Communicate and report on HR metrics and analytics to senior leadership, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  8. Financial Management: Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with specific expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, and retention.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a Director of People Operations or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and CPHR designation preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives with a strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HR systems and technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
