KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage actively in critical decision-making processes regarding financing, operational development, and strategic initiatives;
  • Provide motivating leadership to international finance teams, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration;
  • Assist the VP and CFO in generating analytical reports and performance metrics;
  • Manage operational budgets in partnership with the management team;
  • Oversee activities to ensure they align with established goals;
  • Develop and sustain an agile organizational framework for the finance department across various regions;
  • Lead global finance teams and work alongside business units to formulate long-term growth strategies;
  • Contribute to the alignment and automation of global processes;
  • Report on financial outcomes and spearhead the annual budget formulation;
  • Anticipate potential business impacts and proactively recommend solutions;
  • Establish mechanisms to enhance project return on investment through thorough analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in comparable roles;
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, accompanied by a CPA AUDITOR certification;
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous, ideally an MBA;
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, continuous improvement, and change management;
  • Skilled in team leadership and contemporary management practices;
  • Experience in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting with daily operational involvement;
  • Proficient in information systems, data organization, and complex consolidation processes;
  • Fluent in both oral and written communication.

This position requires interaction with national and international clients and partners, thus professional proficiency in English is essential.
