Position Overview:
Lightspark Software Inc is on the lookout for a Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead our residential energy efficiency initiatives.

As a pioneering cleantech organization, we are dedicated to delivering innovative technological solutions to consumers, industry professionals, utilities, and governmental bodies, all aimed at fostering a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design and operational execution of residential energy efficiency program offerings, ensuring targets are met within established budgets for various municipalities and utility companies.
• Manage program implementation and daily operations to maximize outcomes, utilizing proprietary data-driven mapping tools for program design.
• Identify marketing needs and associated budgets to support Demand-Side Management (DSM) programs.
• Prepare and deliver program descriptions and performance-related insights to clients and stakeholders.

Budget Management:
• Ensure program delivery aligns with annual targets while maintaining optimal cost efficiency.

Resource Management:
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and guide external service providers to achieve program objectives.

Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and manage essential internal and external relationships to fulfill program goals and meet customer expectations.
