About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Work closely with our insurance agents to identify sales opportunities and provide product offerings that meet our clients' needs.
  • Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide recommendations that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to clients and build trust.
  • Organized and able to problem-solve, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Property and Casualty and OTL license (must be able to obtain), as well as Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
  • Strong understanding of social media and technology, with experience in product/sales.
  • College diploma in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
