Job Summary
As a Learning & Development Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating training programs that enhance team member performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain engaging training materials (in-person, virtual, and eLearning) tailored to meet the needs of different learning audiences.
- Ensure all content aligns with business objectives and adult learning principles.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Customer Service team members, fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
- Gather and analyze feedback to refine and improve training content and delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends to integrate innovative ideas into training programs.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, adult learning/education, organizational development, or instructional design (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years corporate facilitation experience in both classroom and virtual environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experienced in performance management and coaching for improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience with content development, delivery, maintenance, and learning program stabilization.
- Demonstrated project management experience and evidence of successfully leading training projects.
