Job Summary

As a Learning & Development Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating training programs that enhance team member performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain engaging training materials (in-person, virtual, and eLearning) tailored to meet the needs of different learning audiences.
  • Ensure all content aligns with business objectives and adult learning principles.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Customer Service team members, fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to refine and improve training content and delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to integrate innovative ideas into training programs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, adult learning/education, organizational development, or instructional design (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years corporate facilitation experience in both classroom and virtual environments.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Experienced in performance management and coaching for improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated experience with content development, delivery, maintenance, and learning program stabilization.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and evidence of successfully leading training projects.
