Strategic Partnership Director

About This Role
At PointClickCare, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our partnership development efforts. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our partner-powered solutions strategy, managing the entire life cycle of partner relationships, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and evolve our partnership strategy, articulate partnership hypothesis, and define an exceptional exchange of value.
- Lead a partnerships team to identify, select, finalize, and operationalize new technology partners that meet our standards for quality, commercial, and technical performance.
- Lead the performance management of existing technology partnerships relative to annual bookings, revenue, GM targets, and other relevant KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally internally and externally with all levels to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions into our product and commercial strategies.
- Ensure the implementation and support of partner solutions meet or exceed customer expectations and ensure appropriate participation from partners as negotiated.
- Oversee the go-to-market motion and strategy for partner-powered solutions under our brand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner technologies into our core platforms.
- Monitor market trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce and/or Math; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, vetting, and performance managing technology partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, analytical, and market/partnership opportunity modeling skills who can work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Compensation: $144,000 - $160,000 a year. Base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The CA base salary range for this position is $144,000 - $160,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits.
