About This Role

At PointClickCare, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our partnership development efforts. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our partner-powered solutions strategy, managing the entire life cycle of partner relationships, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and evolve our partnership strategy, articulate partnership hypothesis, and define an exceptional exchange of value.
  2. Lead a partnerships team to identify, select, finalize, and operationalize new technology partners that meet our standards for quality, commercial, and technical performance.
  3. Lead the performance management of existing technology partnerships relative to annual bookings, revenue, GM targets, and other relevant KPIs.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally internally and externally with all levels to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions into our product and commercial strategies.
  5. Ensure the implementation and support of partner solutions meet or exceed customer expectations and ensure appropriate participation from partners as negotiated.
  6. Oversee the go-to-market motion and strategy for partner-powered solutions under our brand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner technologies into our core platforms.
  7. Monitor market trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce and/or Math; MBA is preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, vetting, and performance managing technology partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  3. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, analytical, and market/partnership opportunity modeling skills who can work independently as well as collaboratively.
  4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Compensation: $144,000 - $160,000 a year. Base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The CA base salary range for this position is $144,000 - $160,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits.
