Strategic Partnerships Director

At PointClickCare, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic partnerships and alliances efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a robust partner ecosystem, identifying and prioritizing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing partnerships team to manage the entire life cycle of partner relationships, from identification to performance management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions into our product and commercial strategies.
- Oversee the go-to-market motion and strategy for partner-powered solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of partner technologies into our core platforms.
- Monitor market trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce, with an MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, vetting, and performance managing technology partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, analytical and market/partnership opportunity modeling skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
