About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in providing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subtrades, and consultants to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
  • Lead a team of estimators in the preparation of estimates, including reviewing and analyzing project data, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to ensure estimates are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve estimate accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure estimates are compliant and accurate.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong background in building construction.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining accurate and detailed estimates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subtrades, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
