Position Overview

The Client Service Supervisor at Image Dental Laboratory plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client services. This permanent position requires a commitment of 39.75 hours per week and is conducted in English.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

The work setting is within the private sector, and relocation costs are not covered by the employer. The environment is characterized by a fast-paced atmosphere with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures for staff.
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work performed.
  • Identify training needs for employees and facilitate their development.
  • Resolve workplace issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Perform the same duties as the staff being supervised.
  • Recruit and hire new personnel.
  • Assign and review work tasks.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to assess client feedback and inquiries.
  • Process refunds and credits as necessary.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information.
  • Handle general office duties, including logging complaints.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with familiarity with dental terminology.

Work Experience

Experience in quality assurance or control is preferred.
