About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Supervisor to join our team at Image Dental Laboratory. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish and Maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Examine and Verify the accuracy of work completed by team members.
  • Identify Training Needs and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Resolve Work Problems and provide technical advice to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train Staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews to evaluate team member performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Perform Same Duties as team members to ensure a thorough understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Recruit and Hire new team members to ensure the department has the necessary resources to meet business demands.
  • Coordinate, Assign, and Review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customer Complaints and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  • Obtain and Examine relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints.
  • Arrange for Refunds and Credits as necessary.
  • Answer Client Inquiries and provide information to resolve client concerns.
  • Perform General Office Duties as required.
About the Team

You will be working closely with our customer service team, which consists of 5-10 people. As a Client Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and guiding this team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
  • Strong Leadership Skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Fast-Paced Environment with tight deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance or Control experience an asset.
