Position Overview

The Client Services Team Leader at Image Dental Laboratory plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. This permanent position requires a commitment of 39.75 hours per week and is conducted in English.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

The role is situated in a business-oriented setting within the private sector. Please note that relocation costs are not covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across various departments to enhance workflow.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
  • Verify the accuracy of completed work.
  • Identify and address training needs for team members.
  • Resolve operational challenges, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Perform performance evaluations for team members.
  • Engage in the same duties as those supervised.
  • Recruit and onboard new staff.
  • Assign and review tasks among team members.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to assess client feedback and inquiries.
  • Facilitate refunds and credits as necessary.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Perform general office responsibilities.
  • Document and track complaints received.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with familiarity with dental terminology.

Experience Requirements

Experience in quality assurance or control is preferred.
