Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for contacting and qualifying potential clients over the phone, leveraging our internal database to drive new business and contribute to our overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our internal database to pipeline leads and drive new business
  • Contact approximately 100 leads per day for sales qualifying calls before passing qualified leads on to the next stage of the sales process
  • Collect client information to ensure their eligibility for various programs and document carefully to ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Representatives
  • Contribute to overall strategy by providing status updates to leadership regarding wins/challenges and opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably over the phone
  • Demonstrate exemplary communication skills by easily breaking the ice with new clients and effectively gathering and sharing information
  • Excellent note taking and clear documentation
  • Sales experience is an asset
