Insurance Sales Development Representative Role
As an Insurance Sales Development Representative with Western Financial Group, you will leverage our internal database to contact and qualify potential clients over the phone before passing them to a Sales Representative to close the transaction.
A Typical Day
- Utilize our internal database to pipeline leads and drive new business opportunities
- Contact approximately 100 leads per day for sales qualifying calls before passing qualified leads on to the next stage of the sales process
- Collect client information to ensure their eligibility for various insurance programs and document carefully to ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Representatives
- Contribute to overall strategy by providing status updates to leadership regarding wins, challenges, and opportunities for growth
The Value You Bring
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in a sales or business development role
- You demonstrate exemplary communication skills by easily building rapport with new clients and effectively gathering and sharing information
- Excellent note taking and clear documentation skills
- Sales experience is an asset in this role
