Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for contacting and qualifying potential clients over the phone, leveraging our internal database to drive new business and contribute to our overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our internal database to pipeline leads and drive new business
- Contact approximately 100 leads per day for sales qualifying calls before passing qualified leads on to the next stage of the sales process
- Collect client information to ensure their eligibility for various programs and document carefully to ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Representatives
- Contribute to overall strategy by providing status updates to leadership regarding wins/challenges and opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience, preferably over the phone
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break the ice with new clients and effectively gather and share information
- Excellent note taking and clear documentation
- Sales experience is an asset
