Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Bronte Sports Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service department. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary team delivers exceptional service and high-quality meals to our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all duties are performed efficiently.
- Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service meet established quality control standards.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operations as required.
- Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of various culinary styles relevant to our establishment.
- Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the team to ensure adequate coverage.

Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: Availability to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
