Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the requisition of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Staff Training: Provide comprehensive training to team members on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Meal Preparation Planning: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation to ensure efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage to support operational efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on operational metrics.
  • Delivery Supervision: Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff to optimize productivity.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
