Restaurant Operations Manager

The Bombay Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our dining establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and challenging environment.
