Job Title: Business Manager, Pricing and Analytics

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager, Pricing and Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading all pricing activities related to our non-subvented portfolio and supporting analysis on the subvented and individual OEM book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations related to all in-market pricing programs.
  • Support product launches across various portfolios, including product strategy and pricing.
  • Collaborate with risk partners to implement key risk management initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales teams and relationship managers to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management in banking.
  • 3+ years of experience working with data, analytics, business development, and enterprise sales analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in business-related computer software, specifically Tableau and Power BI, is an asset.
  • MBA/Masters in Finance/CFA/CPA is an asset.
