Job Title: Manager, Pricing & Business Management Analytics -- Automotive Finance
About the Role:
Join a dynamic team at Scotiabank, a leading bank in the Americas, as we seek a seasoned professional to lead our pricing and business management analytics efforts in the automotive finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all pricing activities related to the non-subvented portfolio and support analysis on the subvented and individual OEM book of business.
- Provide insights and recommendations related to all in-market pricing programs.
- Support product launches across Auto, RV, and Marine portfolios, including product strategy and pricing.
- Collaborate with Risk partners to implement key risk management initiatives and ensure alignment with the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture.
- Support Sales teams across Canada and Relationship Managers within the Manufacturer Partnerships Team with sales events, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc business-related problems or opportunities.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience in banking.
- 3+ years of experience working with data, analytics, business development, and enterprise sales analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review data and develop recommendations.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in business-related computer software, specifically Tableau and Power BI, is considered an asset.
- MBA, Masters in Finance, CFA, or CPA is considered an asset.
