The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing, assessing, and managing pricing frameworks; performing comprehensive pricing evaluations; and working alongside various teams to formulate competitive pricing approaches. This position will involve setting pricing structures, tracking pricing effectiveness, and pinpointing areas for enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing pricing model documentation, ensuring collaboration with profit and loss stakeholders to validate model inputs.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to design competitive pricing frameworks for new and existing service offerings.
  • Evaluating pricing metrics and market dynamics to establish effective pricing strategies.
  • Monitoring competitor pricing and suggesting modifications to uphold market competitiveness.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing divisions to determine pricing for new service launches.
  • Assessing pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Conducting pricing assessments to evaluate the impact of pricing modifications on overall business performance.
  • Assisting in establishing pricing levels for services based on cost assessments and market insights.
  • Maintaining pricing information and ensuring precision in pricing calculations.
  • Identifying opportunities for pricing enhancement and executing pricing initiatives accordingly.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with pricing methodologies and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in benefits administration is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is preferred.
