Position Overview

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Lead to join our team in North York, ON. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategies to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the annual Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their performance and development needs, and participate in the development and deployment of sales-focused learning sessions.
  • Act as a commercial consultant to the Marketing, Education, and Sales Force Excellence Teams to ensure strategies and activities drive commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify commercial growth opportunities and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, data analysis, and relationship management.
  • Experience or understanding of the natural healthcare industry, nutrition, pharma, or CPG industry is an asset.
  • Proven ability to identify and define business questions and issues, use deductive reasoning, and communicate a point of view to sales management and cross-functional business partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Power BI and Salesforce experience is an asset.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
