About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Raymond Centex Gas/ Bottle Depot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas.
  • Work Collaboratively: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train the right candidate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
