About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs, answering product-related questions, and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Language: Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in French.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lb), occasionally up to 32 kg (70 lb), with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a retail sales, customer service, or delivery role preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in paint sales and related products, as well as equipment operation and mixing, is an asset.
